Shipping and payment

Shipping

We ship your order reliably with DHL, UPS, GLS, Dachser or DHL Freight - depending on the delivery address and order volume, the appropriate shipping service provider is selected automatically. We also offer Click & Collect at our location in D-85283 Wolnzach.

The shipping costs are standardised for all European countries as well as for Switzerland, Great Britain and Norway:

• up to 50 kg: € 7.90 plus VAT
• from 50 kg: € 29.00 plus VAT.

Please note: Different shipping costs may apply for special areas and islands. On request, we also deliver to many other countries with individual shipping conditions - simply contact your personal advisor.

Please note that not all payment methods are available in all regions and for all customers. The available options will be displayed accordingly during the order process.
