A Secabo technician will visit you on site to fully commission your machine and provide basic instruction.
Scope of services
The machine installation includes
- Complete assembly of the machine - from unpacking to operational condition
- Functional testing and ensuring operational readiness
- Instruction in basic operation and maintenance instructions
Not included
The following services are not included in the machine installation:
- Integration into your software or network environment
- Training in software operation
Requirements on site
For a smooth installation, please ensure that
- there is sufficient space for installation
- the machine is available at the installation site (in packaging or crates if necessary)
- an employee is available for any lifting or carrying work
- all necessary connections are available and accessible
- a qualified electrician is on site for machines with a special power connection
Note on invoicing
The daily rate also includes the technician's journey to and from our site.
- In northern Germany, a daily rate of 1.5 days is generally charged.
- In southern Germany, 1 daily rate is generally charged.
