Double-platen presses
Double-plate Heat Presses are Heat Presses with two work plates, which speed up the production process. Whilst pressing is taking place on one plate, the other can already be loaded. They are suitable for flex, flock, DTF and sublimation transfers and ensure even pressure distribution. Thanks to their efficient workflow, they are ideal for high-volume production and industrial applications.
⏱️ Huge time savings: Create print-ready DTF sheets, including precise cutting contours, in seconds rather than 30 minutes.
📈 Maximum profit: With intelligent True Shape Nesting, you can achieve up to 94% material utilisation and drastically reduce your film waste.
🔄 Full flexibility: Use the universal PDF export for any cutter and any RIP. Whether you print in-house or outsource production.
🛡️ Secure & local: Developed in Bavaria, including GDPR-compliant EU hosting.
