The new TPD7 Heat Press from Secabo is the perfect solution for large-format and extensive transfers with all common transfer processes in large print runs. This double-plate Heat Press works with compressed air, which ensures easy working with consistent and reproducible results. With a size of 40cm x 50cm each, the two work plates offer a particularly generous working area for conveniently aligning the transfer objects. Thanks to the vertical arrangement of the base plates, in contrast to the previous model, the exact positioning of the objects to be transferred is even easier. The convenient work surface on the exposed base plate increases the quality and precision of the transfers. The Secabo TPD12 is the right production machine for large-format productions in the fields of sublimation, textile finishing and other transfer technologies up to a size of 100cm x 120cm. The pneumatic double-plate Heat Press has a heating capacity of 9.0 kW and is designed for a maximum contact pressure of 4 bar, which corresponds to 140 g per cm2 or 1,700 kg on the XXL heating plate. The TPD12 is therefore ideally equipped for high-quality large-format transfers in large print runs. The two base plates are positioned one above the other on an electric linear system, which moves them alternately into the Heat Press. When one base plate is in the transfer area inside the housing of the TPD12, the other base plate is ready for the preparation or removal of transfers - and vice versa. Various operating modes are available to the user - automatic or manual. They are protected from injury by extensive safety features including an emergency stop and two-handed operation. The TPD12 enables the profitable and efficient production of large-format transfers in high quantities.
