The newly developed TP10 from Secabo is the ideal Heat Press for professional finishers of large-format objects in particular: With an extra large work surface of 80cm x 100cm, this heat press model can be used to carry out heat transfers on large-format substrates such as flags, bed linen or textile room dividers. The base plate acts as a drawer element, which makes it easy to arrange the transfer objects and can be handled with little effort despite its size. The contact pressure of the TP10 Heat Press is generated with compressed air, which means easy working with consistent and reproducible results. The pneumatic heating platen head allows for error-free transferring of a wide variety of materials without offset effects or similar due to the vertical contact pressure. The Secabo TP10 Heat Press with a heating capacity of 5.1 kW is suitable for all known heat transfer processes and can therefore be used in almost all areas of transfer technology.
Secabo TPD12 pneumatic Heat Press

The Secabo TPD12 is the right production machine for large-format productions in the fields of sublimation, textile finishing and other transfer technologies up to a size of 100cm x 120cm. The pneumatic double-plate Heat Press has a heating capacity of 9.0 kW and is designed for a maximum contact pressure of 4 bar, which corresponds to 140 g per cm2 or 1,700 kg on the XXL heating plate. The TPD12 is therefore ideally equipped for high-quality large-format transfers in large print runs. The two base plates are positioned one above the other on an electric linear system, which moves them alternately into the Heat Press. When one base plate is in the transfer area inside the housing of the TPD12, the other base plate is ready for the preparation or removal of transfers - and vice versa. Various operating modes are available to the user - automatic or manual. They are protected from injury by extensive safety features including an emergency stop and two-handed operation. The TPD12 enables the profitable and efficient production of large-format transfers in high quantities.
