Ball presses are special Heat Presses for printing on sports balls. They have a curved heating plate that adapts to the shape of the ball and ensures even pressure and heat distribution. They are used in the sports sector and for personalised promotional items. We offer two different models in our range: the TCB Lite and the TCB Smart with app connection and Bluetooth connection.
Secabo TCB SMART Ball Press

This Heat Press allows you to customise most inflatable sports balls in just a few simple steps, including synthetic leather footballs, handballs and basketballs (not tennis balls). Even a football can be personalised with a logo, a player’s name or a number using the Secabo TCB Smart ball press.Using single- or multi-colour transfers, you can produce personalised souvenirs and prizes for events or as giveaways. All balls can be pressed at the same temperature of 113 °C for 8 seconds. The low temperature is important to avoid damaging sensitive plastics or synthetic leather. We recommend a transfer size of up to 5 cm x 8 cm to ensure the film lies flat on the curved surface of the ball. The contact pressure of Secabo’s new TCB SMART Heat Press for balls is adjusted from the underside by pressing the cylinder down and fine-tuning it using the two screws on the left and right. The specially shaped heating plate fits almost all ball sizes and shapes. The adjustable cylinder ensures that the pressure can be adjusted as precisely as possible to the ball’s size. The automatically opening ball press features a wide opening angle and a button for manual opening before the set time has elapsed. It is suitable for professional use with all standard heat transfer processes, such as flock films, flex films, sublimation, transfer, inkjet flex, etc.The ball press features a digital temperature and time display.
