Secabo TPD7 Pneumatic Double-Plate Press

Secabo’s new TPD7 Heat Press is the perfect solution for large-format and high-volume transfers using all standard transfer methods in large runs. This double-plate Heat Press operates using compressed air, ensuring ease of use and consistent, reproducible results. Measuring 40 cm x 50 cm each, the two work plates offer a particularly spacious working area for conveniently aligning the items to be transferred. Thanks to the portrait orientation of the base plates – in contrast to the previous model – the precise positioning of the items to be transferred is even easier. The convenient work surface on each exposed base plate enhances the quality and precision of the transfers. The horizontally adjustable heating plate head can be smoothly aligned above the respective work surface, and the vertically applied contact pressure enables flawless transfer of a wide variety of materials without any misalignment.

Note regarding interchangeable plates and adapters:

• Smaller interchangeable plates are available separately (8x12 cm, 12x38 cm, 15x15 cm, 20 x 30 cm) and can only be fitted in combination with the Secabo quick-change plate adapter for the TPD7 (item no. 109.505.16)!
• For the optional Secabo base plate 38 cm x 38 cm (item no. 109.505.40), in addition to the quick-change mechanism mentioned above, the adapter for the base plate and Secabo TC5 quick-change mechanism, TS7 (item no. 109.505.30) is required!
• If you also wish to connect the original TPD7 base plate to the quick-change coupler, you will need the adapter for the base plate and Secabo TC7, TPD7 quick-change couplers (item no. 109.505.31).
