A Secabo technician will visit you on site to fully commission your machine and provide basic instruction. Scope of services The machine installation includes Complete assembly of the machine - from unpacking to operational condition Functional testing and ensuring operational readiness Instruction in basic operation and maintenance instructions Not included The following services are not included in the machine installation: Integration into your software or network environment Training in software operation Requirements on site For a smooth installation, please ensure that there is sufficient space for installation the machine is available at the installation site (in packaging or crates if necessary) an employee is available for any lifting or carrying work all necessary connections are available and accessible a qualified electrician is on site for machines with a special power connection Note on invoicing The daily rate also includes the technician's journey to and from our site. Software onboarding for DTF MultiCut Pro (initial installation, 2h)
A Secabo technician will work with you online to set up the software workflow for your Secabo DTF MultiCut Pro for the first time. Your customised production process will be set up and made ready for operation. Scope of services Joint development of the production process Implementation of the cutting processes in Digital Factory or via plugins for Adobe Illustrator / CorelDraw Setting up the hotfolder for automated cutting processes When using Digital Factory: Installation of the device driver Configuration of the cutting processes and production queues Customisation and explanation of the available parameters When using the plugins (Adobe Illustrator / CorelDraw): Installation and configuration of the plugin Training on basic operation Not included Set-up or physical installation of the machine Troubleshooting for hardware or network problems Advanced software training beyond basic operation Customer requirements The machine is fully set up and operational The machine is connected to the network via LAN or WLAN The computer on which the software is running is on the same network The required software is installed and running: Digital Factory version 11 or higher with Cutting module (current build) or Adobe Illustrator / CorelDraw in the latest version A system or software backup is available, which can be restored in exceptional cases Notes This package can only be booked once per machine Two hours are provided for onboarding Additional work will be charged according to our hourly rate (article number 110.000.003)

A Secabo technician will accompany you online when setting up or optimising your software environment for the DTF MultiCut Pro. This service is charged on an hourly basis and is ideal for further customisation, training or additional configurations after the initial installation. Online machine installation (initial installation, 4h)
A Secabo technician will accompany you online during the complete initial installation of your machine. Together with you, the machine is commissioned and set up ready for operation - including basic instruction in its operation. Scope of services The online machine installation includes Supervision of the complete installation and commissioning of the machine by a Secabo technician via online meeting Step-by-step support for all installation and set-up processes Functional testing and ensuring operational readiness Instruction in basic operation and maintenance instructions Not included The following services are not part of the online machine set-up: On-site deployment of a technician Integration into your software or network environment Training in software operation Prerequisites For a smooth initial online installation, please ensure that: the machine is available at the installation site (in packaging or crate if necessary)there is sufficient space for installationsufficient staff are available for lifting or carrying work all necessary connections are available and accessible a qualified electrician is on site for machines with a special power connectionthere is a stable internet connection at the installation site and the online meeting can be held without disruption (e.g. via a laptop or smartphone) Notes This package can only be booked once per machine Four hours are scheduled for the initial online installation Additional work will be charged according to our hourly rate(article number 110.000.005)

A Secabo technician will support you online with the setup, commissioning or customisation of your machine. This service is charged on an hourly basis and is suitable for all additional or individual requirements relating to your machine installation. Warranty repair on site (daily rate)
A Secabo technician will visit you on site to carry out a warranty repair professionally. Replacement parts under warranty are free of charge - the technician's time required, including travelling to and from the site, is charged to cover travel and travel expenses. Scope of services The on-site service includes Fault analysis and inspection of the machine on site Carrying out the warranty repair Replacement of the necessary spare parts (free of charge under warranty) Functional test and final check after the repair Brief instructions for further use to avoid repeat faults Not included The following services are not included in this article: Integration into your software, RIP or network environment User training/process consulting beyond the scope of the repair Work on damage outside the warranty (e.g. operating errors, wear and tear, external influences) Consumables Requirements on site To ensure that the operation can be carried out smoothly, please make sure that the machine is freely accessible and available at the place of use there is sufficient space for service work a contact person is available on site all necessary connections are accessible for machines with a special power connection, a qualified electrician is on site if necessary if carrying/lifting work is necessary, an assistant is available Note on invoicing The daily rate also includes the technician's journey to and from our site. In northern Germany, a daily rate of 1.5 days is generally charged. In southern Germany, 1 daily rate is generally charged. If it turns out on site that the cause is not covered by the warranty, we will inform you before carrying out any additional work for which a charge will be made.
On-site maintenance (daily rate)
A Secabo technician will visit you on site to professionally maintain your machine and ensure its long-term performance. Regular maintenance minimises downtime, extends the service life of your equipment and ensures consistently first-class production results. Scope of services On-site maintenance includes: Complete inspection of all mechanical and electronic components Cleaning and lubrication of moving parts and guide rails Checking and, if necessary, adjusting the parallelism of the heating plates and the contact pressure (for Heat Presses) Checking the cutting heads, rollers and sensors (for cutting plotters) Software check and firmware update if necessary Final functional check and test run Advice on optimum operating settings and tips for daily maintenance Not included The following services are not included in maintenance: Costs for wearing parts or required spare parts (these are charged separately at cost) Repairs of defects that go beyond the scope of standard maintenance Training or instructions that go beyond brief explanations during operation Prerequisites To ensure that maintenance is carried out smoothly, please make sure that the machine is freely accessible and clean on the agreed date. all necessary power and, if applicable, compressed air connections are ready for operation. there is a contact person on site who will operate the machine on a daily basis. Note on invoicing The daily rate includes the working time of the technician on site as well as the travelling time to and from the site. In southern Germany, 1 daily rate is generally charged. In northern Germany and neighbouring countries, 1.5 daily rates are generally charged due to longer travel distances.
