In the Secabo Media Centre you will find product photos and many other materials in original resolution.
A Secabo technician will visit you on site to professionally maintain your machine and ensure its long-term performance. Regular maintenance minimises downtime, extends the service life of your equipment and ensures consistently first-class production results.
Scope of services
On-site maintenance includes:

Complete inspection of all mechanical and electronic components

Cleaning and lubrication of moving parts and guide rails

Checking and, if necessary, adjusting the parallelism of the heating plates and the contact pressure (for Heat Presses)

Checking the cutting heads, rollers and sensors (for cutting plotters)

Software check and firmware update if necessary

Final functional check and test run

Advice on optimum operating settings and tips for daily maintenance
Not included
The following services are not included in maintenance:

Costs for wearing parts or required spare parts (these are charged separately at cost)

Repairs of defects that go beyond the scope of standard maintenance

Training or instructions that go beyond brief explanations during operation
Prerequisites
To ensure that maintenance is carried out smoothly, please make sure that

the machine is freely accessible and clean on the agreed date.

all necessary power and, if applicable, compressed air connections are ready for operation.

there is a contact person on site who will operate the machine on a daily basis.
Note on invoicing
The daily rate includes the working time of the technician on site as well as the travelling time to and from the site.

In southern Germany, 1 daily rate is generally charged.

In northern Germany and neighbouring countries, 1.5 daily rates are generally charged due to longer travel distances.
