In the Secabo Media Centre you will find product photos and many other materials in original resolution.
A Secabo technician will visit you on site to carry out a warranty repair professionally. Replacement parts under warranty are free of charge - the technician's time required, including travelling to and from the site, is charged to cover travel and travel expenses.
Scope of services
The on-site service includes
- Fault analysis and inspection of the machine on site
- Carrying out the warranty repair
- Replacement of the necessary spare parts (free of charge under warranty)
- Functional test and final check after the repair
- Brief instructions for further use to avoid repeat faults
Not included
The following services are not included in this article:
- Integration into your software, RIP or network environment
- User training/process consulting beyond the scope of the repair
- Work on damage outside the warranty (e.g. operating errors, wear and tear, external influences)
- Consumables
Requirements on site
To ensure that the operation can be carried out smoothly, please make sure that
- the machine is freely accessible and available at the place of use
- there is sufficient space for service work
- a contact person is available on site
- all necessary connections are accessible
- for machines with a special power connection, a qualified electrician is on site if necessary
- if carrying/lifting work is necessary, an assistant is available
Note on invoicing
- The daily rate also includes the technician's journey to and from our site.
- In northern Germany, a daily rate of 1.5 days is generally charged.
- In southern Germany, 1 daily rate is generally charged.
- If it turns out on site that the cause is not covered by the warranty, we will inform you before carrying out any additional work for which a charge will be made.
