Interchangeable Plates
Secabo interchangeable plates are replaceable base plates in various sizes for Secabo Heat Presses. They can be fitted directly onto the Heat Press or onto aquick-change system. In particular, when used with membrane base plates, variations in the height of the transfer object can be effectively compensated for by an inflated membrane on the plate.
Overall, Secabo interchangeable plates are a clever solution for fully utilising the potential of Heat Presses, printing precisely onto different types of textiles and working more efficiently.

Adapter for connecting the original base plate of the TC7 and TPD7 / TPD7 PREMIUM Heat Presses to the corresponding quick-change system. On the TC7, it is also compatible with the slide extension. With this adapter, the base plate can then be swapped out as an interchangeable plate in a matter of seconds. The special beam technology allows textiles to be pulled over the base plate.

Adapter for base plate and S.-W. Secabo TC5 SMART and TC7 SMART
Adapter to connect the original base plate of the TC5 SMART or TC7 SMART Heat Presses with the matching quick-change system. Also suitable for the slide extension. With this adapter, the base plate can also be exchanged in seconds as an interchangeable plate. The special beam technology allows textiles to be transferred over the base plate.
Membrane base plate 45cm x 45cm for TC5, TC5 SMART and TC5 LITE
The membrane base plates from Secabo open up many new possibilities for using your Secabo Heat Press - especially for transfer objects with large differences in height and unevenness. Many old and almost all new Heat Press models are suitable for retrofitting with the passive membrane base plates. The membrane can be easily inflated using a small blower ball. This allows the maximum equalisation height of the membrane for a transfer to be determined. The contact pressure is set as usual on the Heat Press, for example using a handwheel on the heating plate. When the Heat Press is closed, a pressure gauge reliably indicates the current contact pressure - in grams per square centimetre. During the pressing process, the pressure can be fine-tuned using the blower ball and a release valve. Secabo's membrane underplates not only allow you to read off the actual transfer pressure, but also to set it again and again in a reproducible manner. The membrane base plates for work surfaces of 38cm x 38cm and 40cm x 50cm. The membrane plates themselves have dimensions of 45cm x 45cm or 47cm x 57cm. They can be mounted directly on the bases of many Secabo Heat Presses and are also suitable for Secabo's well-known quick-change systems and slide extensions.

The membrane base plates from Secabo open up many new possibilities for using your Secabo Heat Press - especially for transfer objects with large differences in height and unevenness. Secabo TB7 Thermobase 40cm x 50cm
With the Thermobase TB7, Secabo offers a heated base plate as an extension for your 40cm x 50cm models from Secabo, such as TC7 SMART, TS7 SMART, TPD7 and TPD7 PREMIUM, as well as for many older models. With the new TB7, the heat in a Heat Press not only comes from above, but also from below. This enables lower overall transfer temperatures, shorter transfer times and reduces marks on the textiles. In addition, the temperature can be reduced by the second heating plate, which in turn protects the fabric. The heatable lower plate is particularly recommended for delicate textiles. White toner transfers and sublimation transfers are also much more reliable, reproducible and of a higher quality with a base plate with fixed heat! The temperature of the TB7 is regulated by its own Secabo controller. The thermobase is softly padded, but can also be fitted with a hard or extra soft mat depending on the application. A protective cover is also included in the scope of delivery. The TB7 thermobase is easy to fit, even on Secabo quick-release systems.
