For flexible adaptation to different transfer objects, Secabo offers exchangeable plates and quick-change systems that make it easier to replace plates. There are also various heating elements for Mug Presses, cap elements and individual modules. To protect the heating plates and textiles, we offer various protective films and covers. With our cross lasers, you can precisely position your transfer objects on the base plate of the press.
Secabo quick-change plate changer for LITE and SMART series
With the Secabo quick-change system, up to three exchangeable plates can be mounted next to each other - depending on the Heat Press model - and exchanged in just a few seconds. Available for Heat Presses TC5 LITE, TC7 LITE, TC5 SMART, TC7 SMART, TS7 SMART, The BEAST and THE BEAST White Toner, excluding Secabo TCC SMART. Interchangeable plates must be ordered separately. The scope of delivery includes an adapter for mounting the original base plate on the quick coupler. The special beam technology of the adapter allows textiles to be conveniently pulled over the base plate.

The Secabo LITE and SMART series can now be converted into a convenient double-plate Heat Press with the Secabo Slide. The sturdy slide can be bolted to the Heat Press in just a few simple steps. The slide is based on Secabo's well-known quick-change system and can be moved to the left and right end positions with little effort using the handle. A beam adapter is included in the scope of delivery so that the original base plate of the Heat Press can continue to be used. All interchangeable plates in the range also fit on the Slide. Adapter for base plate and S.-W. Secabo TC5 SMART and TC7 SMART
Adapter to connect the original base plate of the TC5 SMART or TC7 SMART Heat Presses with the matching quick-change system. Also suitable for the slide extension. With this adapter, the base plate can also be exchanged in seconds as an interchangeable plate. The special beam technology allows textiles to be transferred over the base plate.
Membrane base plate 45cm x 45cm for TC5, TC5 SMART and TC5 LITE
The membrane base plates from Secabo open up many new possibilities for using your Secabo Heat Press - especially for transfer objects with large differences in height and unevenness. Many old and almost all new Heat Press models are suitable for retrofitting with the passive membrane base plates. The membrane can be easily inflated using a small blower ball. This allows the maximum equalisation height of the membrane for a transfer to be determined. The contact pressure is set as usual on the Heat Press, for example using a handwheel on the heating plate. When the Heat Press is closed, a pressure gauge reliably indicates the current contact pressure - in grams per square centimetre. During the pressing process, the pressure can be fine-tuned using the blower ball and a release valve. Secabo's membrane underplates not only allow you to read off the actual transfer pressure, but also to set it again and again in a reproducible manner. The membrane base plates from Secabo open up many new possibilities for using your Secabo Heat Press - especially for transfer objects with large differences in height and unevenness. The practical suction cups from Secabo make it even easier to work. This means that even smaller Heat Press models stay exactly in place. Work even more precisely with this practical little helper.The practical set of 4 Secabo suction cups is made of flexible plastic. The inconspicuous universal geniuses are ideal for attaching our Secabo TC1 or TC2 Heat Presses and are ideal for many smooth surfaces. This means that the devices always remain securely and non-slip in the desired position. Attaching the suction cups is child's play. Simply push them through the holes at the end of the press and tighten. This keeps all surfaces free of drill holes and your workflow as precise as possible.
